Ms. Zeenat AlKassim is a faculty member under the Department of Computer Engineering, College of Computer Engineering & Sciences, with a MSc degree in Electrical Engineering and a BSc degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to that, Ms. Alkassim worked as an Exhibit Developer and Web Developer at Talents National Company, where she built systems for clients including ARAMCO and SABIC. In 2018, Ms. Alkassim represented Saudi Arabia in the International Robocup Competition, Montreal. Ms. Alkassim also worked at Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University in 2012, upon her BSc graduation. She was a Golden Honour and the top 3 in her college.
Additional degrees Ms. Alkassim obtained are Full-Stack Developer Nanodegree from 1MAC, and the Android Development Nanodegree by Google. Ms. Alkassim is interested in new technologies and believes that technology can revolutionalise our lives in drastic ways.
