Dr. Yehia Al-Daaja is an Assistant Professor of Business and Management at Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd University, holding a Ph.D. in Business and Management. He brings extensive international academic and professional experience, seamlessly combining practical expertise with scholarly teaching and research.
Dr. Al-Daaja has taught a wide range of courses—including- Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Research Methodology, Entrepreneurship, Employee Relations, Management of Change, Performance Management, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, and International Business—at both undergraduate and MBA levels to diverse, multicultural student groups.
His research interests focus on Human resources management, conflict management and negotiation, corporate social responsibility, leadership, organizational change, human capital development, entrepreneurship, innovation, strategic management, organizational development, knowledge management, digital transformation, and the impact of emerging technologies such as generative AI. With over 15 years of combined academic and professional experience, Dr. Al-Daaja leverages research-driven insights to enhance student learning and promote sustainable, high-performing organizational practices.
