Dr. Noor Ul Hadi is Pakistani national, currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Human Resource Management at PMU, KSA. He received his PhD from Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School Malaysia in 2016.
Dr. Hadi’s has a decade plus experience in teaching (student-centered philosophy), research and administration (including curriculum development at graduate level). He is the author of 55 plus articles, book chapters and a book. Dr. Hadi’s area of specialization is Strategic Management with specific interest in Strategic Human Resource Management, Strategic Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Research Methods and Quantitative Techniques.
As a researcher, he has carried-out extraordinary research and his work has been published in well-known Journals (including, Impact factor, Scopus, and ABDC). Dr. Hadi has successfuly supervised 5 PhD students and 40 plus MS students. He has also completed three joint Short-Term Research Projects in his area of interest. His research impact on ResearchGate is 34.2 points with more than 1000 citations, and 300,000 downloads. Dr. Hadi’s is a reviewer of well-known journals and an evaluator of NRPU projects.
Dr. Hadi’s hopes to prepare PMU students strategically, who could provide innovative solutions to problems in the field of Human Resource Management.
