Dr.Muhammad Waqar Ashraf is Professor & Dean of College of Sciences & Human Studies at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University. His research interests include Analytical Chemistry, food science, new materials, Sustainability & Waste Effluents Treatment technologies. He is author of over 100 research publications and two books. Dr. Ashraf has successfully carried out funded research projects related to waste water treatment, funded by King Abdulaziz City of Science & Technology (KACST) and SABIC. He has presented his research work at various renowned international conferences held at Europe, Canada and USA. He acts as a reviewer for KACST and reputed scientific journals. He has been member of editorial boards and chaired conference organizational committees. Dr.Ashraf is an active member of Environmental Technology & Management Association (ETMA) and American Chemical Society (ACS) Saudi Arabian Chapter. Currently, he is Assistant to Vice President for Academic Affairs. He is a member of various university committees and Secretary General of the Scientific Council.
