Dr. Ishraat Saira Wahid is a British-Bangladeshi who works as a faculty member in the College of Business Administration at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, KSA.

She received her Doctor of Philosphy (PhD) in Strategic Human Resourse Management from University of Bolton, Manchester, UK in 2019. She is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK. Dr. Wahid authored a number of articles focusing on the Strategic HRM, Training and Development, Green Business and Microcredit. She has 20 years of work experiences in the field of HR and Administration as well as in Academia.

Dr. Wahid hopes to bring in innovative and professional approaches to HRM field at PMU to induce better learning and foster Human Resource Managers of the future.
