Dr. Ghayur Ahmad holds a BA in English Literature and Law, as well as a Master’s degree in Philosophy/Psychology from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan. He was awarded a prestigious scholarship by the University of Bedfordshire, UK, where he earned his Master’s in Human Resource Management. Dr. Ahmad began his doctoral studies at Preston University, Kohat, completing his coursework there before being honored with a distinguished scholarship from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan to complete his PhD dissertation at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, USA.

With over 15 years of professional and academic teaching experience, Dr. Ahmad has worked in several countries, including the UK, Pakistan, the USA, and Saudi Arabia. He has contributed his expertise to the University of Bedfordshire (UK) and esteemed institutions in Pakistan such as NUST and Islamia College Peshawar. In addition, Dr. Ahmad has successfully supervised multi-million dollar projects in Pakistan.

Currently, Dr. Ahmad serves as an Assistant Professor at the College of Business Administration, Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. His research interests focus on motivation, organizational commitment, and reward systems, particularly the impact of rewards on employee motivation. Dr. Ahmad is a prolific researcher, with numerous publications in international journals, and he actively participates in national and international conferences and seminars.

Notably, Dr. Ahmad was the founding General Manager of the Industry Relations Department at NUST and the Founding Director of the Student Start-Up Center at Islamia College Peshawar.
