I was born in Ankara, Turkey, but spent my childhood and youth growing up in Frankfurt, Germany. I moved to the United States as a teenager in 1994, completing my high school education in Mobile, Alabama. In 2000, I graduated from The Mississippi University in Columbus with a Bachelor in Chemistry. After the completion of my second Bachelor in Computer Engineering at the Mississippi State University in 2004, I entered the Masters program at the Mississippi State University in Starkville, double majoring in Mathematics and Foreign Languages with emphasis in German. In 2008, I completed my graduate studies at the Mississippi State University earning also a Minor in Statistics along side with my MA degree. Before coming to PMU, I have taught mathematics, statistics and German courses at the Mississippi State University in Starkville, USA, the Mississippi School for Mathematics & Science and the Mississippi University in Columbus, USA, Active English in Ankara, Turkey, and the Goethe-Institute in Rabat, Morocco.
