Mr. Stephen John P. Limbos is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Colegio de Dagupan, Dagupan City, Pangasinan in 2013. He is proficient in electronics prototyping and PCB design also knowledgeable in arduino and labview programming. He is also an electrical/electronics technician as his previous employment at the Technological Institute of The Philippines in charge of assisting students and faculty, maintaining EE/ECE laboratories and he also assisted T.I.P.`s Research and Development Management Office in various researches and experimental sessions.
