Dr. Ohaud Al Muoaeweed, a Saudi national, serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at PMU, KSA. She earned her Doctorate in Higher Education from Edgewood University, USA, in 2021. Dr. Al Muoaeweed specializes in leadership studies, performance management, and higher education development. Her academic and professional interests include leadership development, organizational performance, artificial intelligence in leadership, and the future of leadership in higher education. She is committed to advancing effective leadership practices through innovative teaching, research, and the integration of emerging technologies in leadership and organizational development.
