Dr. Naim Mathlouthi is a British national, working as an Assistant Professor in law department, College of law at PMU, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He completed all his studies in law (LLB with Honours, Master degree and PhD in International Public Law) at the University of Central Lancashire (United Kingdom).

Dr. Naim is fluent in Arabic, English, and French, he brings over a decade of experience across academia and legal advisory roles. He has several years of experience in teaching, research and curriculum development at undergraduate and graduate levels in different countries (United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia). He also has a strong experience in private practice having served as Senior Legal Advisor specialized in International legal disputes. He also acted as a legal consultant for various government agencies, providing advice on a range of legal matters.

Dr. Mathlouthi has successfully taught and mentored students in legal studies while continuously contributing to professional seminars and conferences and has published numerous articles in prestigious law journals.
