Nouf Faisal is an Instructor in the Core Department at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU). She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology and Media Leadership from California State University, Long Beach, with expertise in instructional technology, curriculum design, and learning outcomes assessment.
Her work centers on integrating technology to enhance teaching and learning, with a focus on e-portfolios, digital literacy, and outcomes-based assessment. She teaches Learning Outcomes Assessment courses, guiding students in developing measurable competencies aligned with academic and professional standards.
Faisal adopts a student-centered approach that promotes critical thinking, reflection, and independent learning, integrating technology to connect theory with practice and support student success.
Her research interests include instructional design and learning technologies, media leadership and digital communication, and artificial intelligence in education. She is currently focused on advancing innovative teaching practices and strengthening assessment frameworks in higher education.
