Dr. Muddassar Sarfraz serves as an Associate Research Professor in the Business Administration Department at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He holds a PhD in Management Science and Engineering from Hohai University, an International MBA from Chongqing University, P.R. China, and an MBA from the University of Lahore specializing in Human Resource Management.

With extensive teaching and research experience across Asia, Europe, and North America, Dr. Sarfraz’s expertise spans organizational psychology, sustainability, digital transformation, green innovation, and human–AI collaboration. His teaching philosophy emphasizes connecting theory with practice, engaging students in evidence-based learning, and cultivating analytical and ethical decision-making skills.

Dr. Sarfraz has published over 150 peer-reviewed papers in internationally reputed journals and has been recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University. He has also edited several academic books, reviewed more than 700 research manuscripts, and serves as an Editor and Guest Editor for various international journals. His research interests include sustainable development, the digital economy, environmental strategy, and responsible innovation.

Dr. Sarfraz has published over 150 peer-reviewed papers in internationally reputed journals and has been recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University. He has also edited several academic books, reviewed 1000+ research manuscripts, and serves as an Editor and Guest Editor for various international journals. In addition, he is a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences and academic forums. His research explores sustainable management practices, corporate social responsibility, green innovation, and environmental strategy, emphasizing how digital transformation and responsible leadership drive organizational sustainability and societal well-being.

He is dedicated to advancing management education and sustainability research at PMU and aims to foster impactful collaborations that align with Saudi Vision 2030 through academic excellence, research innovation, and student mentorship.
