Dr. Mohamed Saer Rahal is a swedish national, working as an Assitant Professor in the department of Law at PMU, KSA.
He received his Bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Aleppo, Syria, in 1994, Diploma in-depth studies (MBA) in Business Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at the University of Rennes I, France, in 2000, Doctorate in Law / Commercial Law / Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at the University of Rennes I, France, in 2004, and the Swedish equivalence of the doctoral degree in accordance with Swedish law and its recognition by the competent educational authorities in Sweden, namely the Council of Universities and Colleges in 2016.
Dr. Mohamed Saer Rahal worked as an associate professor in Law at several universities in Syria and Bahrain. He has several years of experience in teaching and scientific research at graduate and undergraduate levels. His research interests include Commercial Law, Companies Law, Business Law, Air Law and Maritime Law. And he has several research papers in this field.
Dr. Mohamed Saer Rahal has an administrative and scientific experiences by virtue of his work for several years as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for Administrative and Student Affairs from 2007 to 2011 in Al-Hasakah, University of the Euphrates, Syria. He also has a practical legal experience as a lawyer and legal advisor.
Dr. Mohamed Saer Rahal is good at communicating in three different languages, Arabic, French and Swedish, and he hopes to contribute to the development of education and support the principles and rules of academic and legal research at PMU and in KSA .
