Dr. Irfan Siap, earned his B.Sc. in Mathematics from Istanbul University and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University (USA). He has taught at several universities in Turkey, the USA, and the UAE, and joined PMU in August 2024. His research focuses on Algebraic Coding Theory and Cryptography, with nearly 100 published papers and over 3,600 citations. He has supervised graduate students, delivered invited talks at international conferences, and is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Algebra Combinatorics Discrete Structures and Applications (indexed in Scopus).
