My main interest is in Equity, Quality and Accountability (EQA) in education. I work on the ROFSET Framework that allows us to achieve the EQA as a total solution. The ROFSET Framework allows us to capture and analysis teaching and learning KPIs (TLKPIs) in real time and non-intrusively. All of this is done through AI algorithms and is fully automated thus bringing objectivity and transparency in all measurements. All current methods used to measure TLKPIs are subjective, hence inaccurate and unreliable.
ROFSET is performance management system and is definitely not a LMS such as BlackBoard, Moddle, Canvas etc. ROFSET can be used in secondary and tertiary education systems and is totally aligned with Outcome Based Learning (OBL) theories.
I am also working on using the ROFSET Framework for the UNSDG 4 (Quality Education) and in particular for the Out-of-school-children (OOSC)
