Dr. Hanadi Abdelsalam is an accomplished academic and leader in mathematics, physics, and higher education. She currently serves as the Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Sciences at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU). She earned her PhD in Astrophysics from the University of Oxford, specializing in gravitational lensing, and has developed a strong interdisciplinary research profile spanning mathematical physics, education, and applied sciences.

Dr. Abdelsalam has extensive international academic and research experience across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. She has held academic and research positions in the Netherlands, Pennsylvania, New York, Canada, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, contributing to teaching, research, and institutional development in diverse higher education environments.

In addition to her leadership roles, she has taught a wide range of mathematics and physics courses, supervised student research, and actively contributed to curriculum innovation and experiential learning strategies. She has also been engaged in institutional committees related to research, professional development, and strategic planning.

Dr. Abdelsalam’s career reflects a strong blend of global academic experience, research excellence, and strategic leadership, with a continued focus on innovation, student success, and institutional advancement.
