Dr Ghayur Ahmad obtained his BA in Eng Literature and Law and  Masters in Philosophy/Psychology from University of Peshawar, Pakistan. Dr. Ghayur  Awarded a scholarship for Master’s degree by University of Bedfordshire UK where he obtained his Mater’s in HR Management. Dr. Ghayur Ahmad was enrolled in PhD program at Preston University Kohat where he completed his course work and then Higher Education Commission of Pakistan awarded him a prestigious scholarship for the completion of PhD Dissertation at Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota USA. Ghayur Ahmad has more than 15 years of professional and University teaching experience in different countries including UK, Pakistan, USA and Saudi Arabia. Ghayur Ahmad has served for university of Bedfordshire UK also,the Prestigious Universities of Pakistan like NUST and Islamia College Peshawar. Ghayur Ahmad has supervised multy million Dollars of project in Pakistan successfully. He is currently working as Assistant Professor at the College of Business Administration of Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, Al Khobar, KSA. His research and scholarly works involve Motivation, Commitment and Reward system in Organization and the role of reward in motivation of employees. He has Published many research articles in international Journals he is active researcher and actively involved in national and international conferences and seminar. Dr. Ghayur Ahmad was a founder General Manager for Industry relation department at NUST and was Founding Director of Student’s start up center at Islamia College, Peshawar.
