Farheen Anjum is a Lecturer in Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University (PMU), Saudi Arabia. Her academic expertise is in Applied Mathematics, with a particular research focus on Numerical Analysis and its applications to mathematical and scientific problems.

Her research interests center on the development and application of numerical methods for solving mathematical models, with particular interest in computational approaches, numerical approximation, and the analysis of mathematical problems that arise in applied sciences and engineering.

In teaching, Farheen emphasizes a student-centered and application-oriented approach, aiming to help students develop strong mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, analytical, and computational skills. She seeks to connect mathematical theory with practical applications and encourages students to understand not only how to solve mathematical problems, but also why particular methods are appropriate.

Currently, Farheen is engaged in teaching graduate and undergraduate mathematics courses and developing her research in Applied Mathematics and Numerical Analysis. Her future academic direction includes advancing research in numerical methods and exploring their applications to emerging mathematical and computational problems.
