Faisal Almakhayitah is an Assistant Professor in the Core Curriculum Program, College of Humanities and Sciences at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University. He specializes in Principles of Islamic Religion, Qur’anic Interpretation (Tafsir), and Hadith studies, and has professional expertise in Qur’anic recitation (Qira’at). Almakhayitah’s work focuses on Islamic sciences, with particular interest in Qur’anic recitation, Tafsir, and Hadith studies.

He has memorized the entire Qur’an and holds a professional ijazah in Qur’anic recitation with an authenticated chain of narrators reaching the Prophet Muhammad , with 28 years of experience in teaching, leadership, and academic supervision. In teaching, Almakhayitah emphasizes effective instruction and seeks to help students develop a deep understanding and mastery of Islamic sciences with a moderate, balanced approach. He integrates traditional scholarship with practical application, utilizing modern technologies, learning tools, and artificial intelligence to connect theory with practice.

Almakhayitah is committed to advancing education and research in Qur’anic sciences and Islamic studies.
