Ms. Osorio holds 2 masters degrees in Education and Business from University of Phoenix (2008 and 2011, respectively). In addition, she has over 18 years academic teaching experience with both graduate and undergraduate students across all levels from true beginners to advanced ESL/EFL learners to include classes in: reading/writing, speaking/listening, grammar, learning theory and intercultural communication.
