Dr. Eidah Alzahrani is an Assistant Professor of Business Management at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU) in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, identity, and institutional change within the context of Saudi Arabia. Her academic portfolio includes a published research paper, with several additional studies currently in progress.

Dr. Alzahrani has presented her work at international conferences such as the British Academy of Management (BAM) and ISBE 2021. She previously served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Prince Muqrin, Teaching Assistant at the University of Glasgow, and held roles at Effat University in Jeddah. She is committed to empowering students through innovative, inclusive teaching and advancing entrepreneurship education and women’s participation in business, contributing to the country’s goals.
