Ms. Elvira Zingapan received her MSLS from the University of La Salette and her Bachelor in Secondary Education – Major: Library Science from Saint Paul University Philippines.
She passed the Philippine Board Exams for Librarians (2001) and has over 20 years experience working in academic library.
Elvira has been a senior librarian at Prince Mohammed University, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia since 2008.
