Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece. Studies include BA in Management (Greece), MBA in Management and Organizational Behaviour, MSc in Technology Management (USA), Doctorate in Management and Post doctorate in SHRM from the University of Macedonia (Greece). Prior to his academic job, he worked as freelance consultant in many EU projects (ADAPT, TEMPUS specialised in HR and TQM related issues). He was a Senior Researcher at Lancaster University (UK) Management School in part of the European Union Research Project Human Capital and Mobility Programme working on Managerial Effectiveness and the Role of Middle Managers in Europe. His research work published on domestic and international journals (International Journal of Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management: an International Journal, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence Journal, and in four collective books. Member in the Editorial Board of two academic Journals (Cogent Business & Management by Taylor & Francis Group - International Journal of Engineering Business Management, Sage Publishing). Active member in many academic conferences committees and serve as a reviewer in several academic journals and conferences.
